Our new partnership with the Diagnostix group allows eligible members to take advantage of direct billing capabilities at 5 different laboratories conveniently located across Hong Kong. With a number of facilities located in central and mid-levels, as well as ones in Kornhill, Mong Kok and Tsuen Wan, members can rest assured that they will have easy access to a wide variety of important diagnostic tests.

Making diagnostic tests convenient and paperwork-free when you use our direct billing network in Hong Kong

Whether you’re getting a blood test or an allergy test, there’s already enough stress and paperwork to deal with. Which is why we try to make sure things are as easy as possible with our direct billing network, removing the need for eligible policyholders to fill out and submit claims.

All members have to do is show their insurance card, or the eCard on our Easy Claim app to the medical provider and they’ll send the bill straight to us. You can even find participating providers within the network by searching the app.

Started in 1985 by a previous head of the pathology department at Hong Kong’s Princess Margaret Hospital, Diagnostix has since expanded to multiple facilities around the city. They are accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA), the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA) and the Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS).

They offer a wide array of diagnostic tests, including blood and allergy tests, heart, liver and kidney tests and many more performed by lab technicians registered with the Medical Laboratories Board of Hong Kong.
