In case of emergency hospitalisation

Have you suffered an accident, or do you require immediate hospitalisation to deal with a health issue?

Once you notify us of your situation, we will contact the hospital directly. From sending a cover agreement to paying the bill, our priority is to facilitate your access to hospital and the care you need.

In case of scheduled hospitalisation

Are you about to be admitted to hospital for a knee operation? Will you soon be spending a few days in hospital for treatment?

Prepare your hospitalisation by submitting your claim via your Easy Claim app. This request will be processed within a few days and is required in order to proceed with the advance payment of costs.

In all cases, we pay the bill

In some situations, the hospital asks for payment to be made before the hospital stay. Alternatively, the bill is sent after the hospital stay. But in either case, you will not have to pay anything! We will either advance the expenses or pay them afterwards.
