Please be advised that our partner insurers have entrusted us with processing complaints. We will do our utmost to provide you with a response within ten working days of receipt of the complaint, and will undertake to keep you informed of updates in the process within the same period if, for reasons beyond our control, this period should be extended.
If the disagreement persists and no amicable solution can be found

In any case, the ombudsman may only be contacted after having at least gone through our Complaints Department. These steps have no bearing on other legal remedies available to you.
