At APRIL, our ambition is to use technology to transform our customer experience. We are committed to offering the best digital tools in the market to serve our members better. It is also key for us to change the way we communicate with them and in order to achieve this, we have recently launched our new video series entitled #WeCare, in which we discuss various insurance topics. Today, we are proud to announce that APRIL International Care Asia and #WeCare has been awarded Marketing Initiative of the Year at the Insurance Asia Awards 2022.
Launched in 2021, #WeCare is a series of short testimonial videos covering various topics related to APRIL’s insurance products, services and field expertise. Each 2-minute episode features a member of the APRIL team who will share their insights on a specific topic. The episodes also feature some of our key partners and we were happy to collaborate with Pacific Prime and Mercer Singapore, two of our trusted distributors, and also Raffles Hospital and IHP, two large medical providers forming part of the APRIL medical provider network.
Through this series, APRIL positions itself as an expert of healthcare and insurance practices. The first five videos of the series were broadcasted on YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook, accumulating over 500,000 views across all platforms.

The Insurance Asia Awards gathers Asia's leading insurance companies and recognises their exceptional initiatives, products, and solutions. Since 2016, over 130 insurance companies from 30 countries have been honoured with this prestigious award.
It is run annually by Insurance Asia, a biannual publication devoted to insurance companies, investors, professionals, and policymakers. It has a print run of 5,000 copies, distributed to top insurance companies across Asia.
