1. How do I pay my premium online?
If you have not chosen to make your premium payments by direct debit, you can pay them by credit card directly through your Customer Area by accessing “My premiums”, and then “Pay my premiums”.
Note for APRIL ASIA members: Payment methods and frequency may vary depending on the insurance product you subscribed to. Please refer to the invoice sent to you by email to find more information about how to settle your premium.

2. What payment methods are available in the Customer Area?
You have the option of making your premium payments directly in your Customer Area. You can use Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You also have the option to make your payments via PayPal.
