Why is the login method changing?

We have introduced this new login method to make it simpler and more secure. Using a unique email address strengthens the security of your personal data and makes it easier to access your online services, including the Easy Claim app and your Member Portal.

I already use the Easy Claim app. How do I set my email address as my username?

When you next log in to your new Member Portal or Easy Claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in as usual: Use your current ID starting with “5” and your existing password to access your account.

  2. Confirm your email address: Once logged in, you will be prompted to enter the email address you wish to use for future logins.

  3. Create a new password: This password, linked to your email address, will be used for all future logins.

I haven’t activated my account yet using the ID starting with “5.” What should I do?

Please contact us for assistance. You can reach us via the chat feature located at the bottom right of the login page for the Member Portal or Easy Claim. Alternatively, contact us by phone using your usual numbers or by email here.

Can I continue using my ID starting with “5”?

Once you have registered your email address as your new username, the ID starting with “5” will no longer be usable for logging into your online services. Using an email address is mandatory and replaces the previous ID.

Can I reuse my current password?

Yes, you can keep your current password. However, you will need to re-enter it during your first login with your email address.

I can’t log in with my email address. What should I do?

If you are having trouble logging into your Member Portal or Easy Claim, contact us via the chat feature at the bottom right of the login page for the Member Portal or Easy Claim. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone using your usual numbers or by email here.

Do I need to update both Easy Claim and the Member Portal?

No, you only need to register your email address once. You can then use the same credentials to access both Easy Claim and your Member Portal.

I don’t remember my ID starting with “5.” What should I do?

Your ID can be found in your Welcome Pack, sent by email when you signed up for your contract, as well as in other email communications. If you need your ID again, please contact us via the chat feature at the bottom right of the login page for the Member Portal or Easy Claim. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone using your usual numbers or by email here.

I am insured with APRIL International through my employer. Should I use my personal or work email to log in?

You can use any email address you prefer. However, we recommend using a personal email address to ensure continued access to your account in case of a job change.

What if I don’t receive the email to create my password?

If you don’t receive the password creation email, first check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, click the “set or reset my password” link on the login page. You will receive another email with the link to choose your password.

I see an error message saying this email address is already in use. What should I do?

This message appears because the email address is already registered by another user. Please use a different email address. If the issue persists or you have any questions, please contact us by phone using the usual contact details or by email here.
