How do I add or change my bank details for my reimbursements?
You can submit your reimbursement request via the Easy Claim app from your smartphone or tablet. All you have to do is download it and follow the steps indicated. It doesn't matter how much your bill is.
All requests for reimbursement are accepted, with no upper limit, except for APRIL ASIA members:
US$400 in the Philippines
THB10,000 in Thailand
US$1,200 in Vietnam
US$2,000 for members under EasyCare, Southeast Asia or Worldwide
If a medical expense exceeds the limit, original documents will be required to finalise the claims process.
In order to request a reimbursement through the app, you must first ensure that you are eligible for this service.
If you are not an insured party on the policy, but are only the policyholder (payer of the premium), you cannot use the Easy Claim app. For confidentiality and medical reasons, only the insured person can apply for reimbursement. They will then have to use their user ID to access the app.
Note for APRIL ASIA members: all members are eligible, but you won’t be able to submit a claim if:
Your date of treatment is outside your period of coverage.
You are a policyholder (payer of the premium) who is not covered under a health plan.
You can track your claims through the Easy Claim app or via your Customer Area. Once you have activated your Customer Area, you will be able to access the “My reimbursements” section.
You can add or modify the bank details used for your reimbursements directly in your Customer Area, by following these steps:
Have your bank details ready.
Access your account using your user ID starting with the number 5 and your password.
Go to the page “My personal information” and the “My bank details” section.
Click on “Add a new bank detail” and fill in your bank account details.
Once the set of bank details has been created, click on “Select my reimbursement bank detail”.
Select the policy to which you want to add a set of reimbursement bank details.
Choose the bank information to use.
Click on “Confirm”.
Note for APRIL ASIA members: Please contact us directly though our Contact Form.
You can download your reimbursement statements from your Customer Area by going to “My reimbursements” and then “My reimbursement statements”, or through Easy Claim by going to “See my claims history”.
For Asia members: you may log in to your Online Portal and go to the section “Claims”. You can click on any claim that has already been processed to download your Explanation of Benefits.
